How it started

A house. Then a rental. Then a passion.

It started with a house. Then a rental. Then another. Somewhere in that process — managing properties, studying markets, watching values move — a passion took hold that hasn't let go.

The portfolio

Built on vision, not luck.

Over the next several years the portfolio grew. Rentals that cash flowed while appreciating. A farm. Properties with appreciation not priced in — found by looking at where things stood, where they were headed, and what that gap in price meant. The results spoke for themselves — and the deeper into it I got, the more I realized I wanted full control of the process.

The license

The natural next step.

Real estate had become such a central part of how I think and operate that relying on someone else to navigate it for me no longer made sense. Getting licensed was the natural next step. That brought full access — the data, the MLS, the process — and the ability to bring that same thinking to clients.

Today

Both states. No limits.

Licensed in both states, living in both states — no territory limits, no state line barriers. Whether you're buying your first home, your first rental, or a piece of land you'll never want to leave — I have been through it all, and am ready to put that experience to work for you.

What I do

Three ways I can help

Residential
Buying or selling a home across Texas and Oklahoma. Straightforward guidance from someone who started exactly where you are.
Land & ranch
Acreage, agricultural land, hunting tracts, rural properties. Owning land in both states means understanding what you're looking for.
Investment & rentals
Over a decade securing properties that appreciate and cash flow. The same eye that built this portfolio is now working for clients.
